Ingredients:
300g scad fish
2 tomatoes
1 sliced pineapple (100g)
Fish sauce, salt, chili, pepper, Magi’s stuff
Garlic
Process:
Step 1: Clean and slice scad fish into short pieces. Marinate with ½ teaspoon salt and wait in 30 – 60 minutes.
Step 2: Clean and slice tomatoes into fiber. Clean, cut off the eyes of pineapple, slice small.

is fragrant. Next, add more sliced tomatoes and fry quickly until it is

pan, season with 1 teaspoon fish sauce, ½ teaspoon Magi’s stuff and
chili. Cover the pan and cook with small heat to absorb all spices.
Finally,
before turn off the heat, season again to suit your flavor. Serving
this food with boiled rice and hot soup is my favorite choice. When
eating, sprinkle more pepper and sliced spring onion to increase its
